Tech-Savvy Academy Programs Terms of Service

1. Program Overview

Tech-Savvy Academy Membership, Trello VIPs, and Trello Circle (collectively referred to as the “Programs”) are subscription-based services created to support entrepreneurs through curated online courses, productivity tools, community support, and expert guidance. Your enrollment in any of these Programs grants you access to the corresponding resources, trainings, and exclusive benefits for as long as your account remains active and in good standing.

2. Program Fees

• Lock-in Rate: When you join the Tech-Savvy Academy, your program rate will be locked in for as long as you remain a member in good standing. This means your monthly fee will not increase as long as your Program remains active.
• Rate Changes: If you cancel your Program and choose to rejoin at a later date, you will be subject to the current rate at the time of re-enrollment. Your previous locked-in rate will no longer be applicable.

3. Program Cancellation and Rejoining

• Cancellation: You may cancel your Program at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, you will lose access to all Program benefits at the end of your current billing cycle.
• Rejoining: If you decide to rejoin a Tech-Savvy Academy Program after canceling, you will be required to pay the current Program rate at the time of re-enrollment. Your previous rate will not be reinstated.

4. Program in Good Standing

To maintain your locked-in rate, your Program must remain in good standing, which includes:

• Timely payment of your monthly program fee.
• Adherence to all Academy rules, guidelines, and policies.

Failure to comply with these conditions may result in the termination of your Program, and you will lose your locked-in rate if you decide to rejoin later.

5. Billing and Payment

• Billing Cycle: Your Program fee will be charged on a monthly basis. The billing cycle begins on the date you sign up and recurs every month on the same date.
• Payment Method: You must provide a valid payment method to enroll in the Program. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the recurring monthly fee until you cancel your Program.

6. Modifications to the Program

I reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program or any part of it at any time, with or without notice. In the event of any changes, your locked-in rate will remain unaffected as long as you maintain your Program in good standing.
