Tech-Savvy Academy Membership Terms of Service

1. Membership Overview

The Tech-Savvy Academy Membership (the “Membership”) is a monthly subscription service designed to provide female solopreneurs with access to online courses, resources, and community support. Your Membership grants you access to these resources and other benefits as long as you remain a member in good standing.

2. Membership Fees

• Lock-in Rate: When you join the Tech-Savvy Academy, your membership rate will be locked in for as long as you remain a member in good standing. This means your monthly fee will not increase as long as your Membership remains active.
• Rate Changes: If you cancel your Membership and choose to rejoin at a later date, you will be subject to the current rate at the time of re-enrollment. Your previous locked-in rate will no longer be applicable.

3. Membership Cancellation and Rejoining

• Cancellation: You may cancel your Membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, you will lose access to all Membership benefits at the end of your current billing cycle.
• Rejoining: If you decide to rejoin the Tech-Savvy Academy after canceling, you will be required to pay the current membership rate at the time of re-enrollment. Your previous rate will not be reinstated.

4. Membership in Good Standing

To maintain your locked-in rate, your Membership must remain in good standing, which includes:

• Timely payment of your monthly membership fee.
• Adherence to all Academy rules, guidelines, and policies.

Failure to comply with these conditions may result in the termination of your Membership, and you will lose your locked-in rate if you decide to rejoin later.

5. Billing and Payment

• Billing Cycle: Your Membership fee will be charged on a monthly basis. The billing cycle begins on the date you sign up and recurs every month on the same date.
• Payment Method: You must provide a valid payment method to enroll in the Membership. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the recurring monthly fee until you cancel your Membership.

6. Modifications to the Membership

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Membership or any part of it at any time, with or without notice. In the event of any changes, your locked-in rate will remain unaffected as long as you maintain your Membership in good standing.
